If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. ( EXCEPT for Holiday Orders you will have 15 days past the Holiday to return the item) Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are never refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Some items that are custom orders are not returnable or able to be cancelled one ordered. So if you are unsure about a product please check and make sure that it can be returned before making the purchase.
Holiday Gift return policy is as follows. Customers are always liable for all shipping outbound and returning back to our facility.
If for some reason you ordered during a free shipping promotion you will still be liable for all shipping charges outbound and inbound. If you attempt to cancel an order after it is shipped there is no way to stop it and you will still be responsible for the shipping to you even though the shipping may have fallen in our no charge to you promotion. There was still a cost of shipping and we obviously can not pay for shipping unless there is a purchase taking place.
You must accept it and then ship it back and wait for a refund less our standard 10% restocking fee plus all shipping and handling charges that may inccur.
